About Us
We source our ingredients from businesses in our community that utilize goods from regenerative & sustainable farms. We focus on standards such as seasonal, organic, non-GMO, & fair trade. We make all of our dishes from scratch using basic, whole foods, or we source from other makers who do the same.
Amanita is BYOB! Bring champagne for brunch & we'll mix you up some Mimosas!
