About Us

We source our ingredients from businesses in our community that utilize goods from regenerative & sustainable farms. We focus on standards such as seasonal, organic, non-GMO, & fair trade. We make all of our dishes from scratch using basic, whole foods, or we source from other makers who do the same.

Proudly featuring locally roasted Kitty Town coffee, biodynamically-grown Zenbunni beans, & ceremonial grade matcha from Dr. Weil's Matchakari!
